System Components
The D-180 is a pneumatic dispenser made entirely from domestically produced components. Constructed from injected aluminium alloy, it is highly durable even in challenging conditions and is compatible with various seeders on the market.
Seed Loading
The loading chamber of the dispenser can be adjusted based on seed size. The gate on the cover regulates the seed level. For large seeds like beans or corn, the gate should be fully raised.
Screed Adjustment
Adjust the screeds in one dispenser first. Once set, adjust the others according to the scale. Position the upper screed a quarter of the diameter of the plate hole, and the lower one to guide the seed for sowing.

The Doga 139H electric motor integrates quickly and easily with the RG D-180 dispenser, replacing the entire transmission mechanism with a single component.
IntelliAg ISO6 Features
The IntelliAg ISO6 by DICKEY-john is an advanced module for monitoring sowing, controlling seed dosage, managing fertilizers, and performing automatic headland cutting. Unlike traditional systems, it projects onto the existing tractor monitor or ISOBUS autopilot monitor, avoiding the need for additional installations and preserving the tractor's warranty. The screen displays seeder information regardless of the monitor brand and offers an intuitive, easy-to-use interface.
Turbine Drive
The dispenser features a low air consumption turbine suitable for various crops. The low-pressure vacuum turbine allows multiple seeding lines to be supplied at low speed, reducing hydraulic power consumption and lowering tractor hydraulic system temperatures, thereby extending its lifespan.
